Kateřina Lojdová graduated from the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University (MU). She taught at a higher vocational school and since 2012 she has been working at the Department of Pedagogy of the Faculty of Education (PdF MU), where she is dedicated to the training of future teachers in undergraduate and lifelong learning. She participated in the innovation of the curriculum of pedagogical-psychological training at the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University, the creation of a magazine for teachers Comenius and worked in several research projects of the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (GAČR): classroom power, classroom management, student diversity. She is currently the researcher of the GAČR research project focused on private alternative schools. She traveled a lot for work and leisure, she completed internships in the USA or Israel, for example. Now he focuses mainly on his son.
